Al Patten joined the staff at Fidelity Bank in 2001 with an extensive business banking background, particularly in commercial real estate transactions. Al chose banking as a career because he enjoys working with businesses and individuals to achieve financial success. Al’s philosophy is to find the common goals the business and the bank share and develop a relationship to meet those goals. Long-term relationships that look beyond the numbers and developing a working knowledge of each business are characteristic of Al’s banking style.

Provided funds for a remodeling project for a long time customer. Because of the relationship that had been built between Al and the customer, the process seemed seamless and expectations were exceeded.
