Kelli Starkey joined the staff at Fidelity Bank as a commercial credit analyst in 2003. Kelli takes an active role in working with her clients, taking the time to gain a deep understanding of their business. Kelli feels this is an important step in tailoring a banking solution that will meet the long-term needs of the client. She also understands how this lends to building long term relationships. Her experience in working with a variety of clients in a variety of industries gives her a depth of knowledge that is valued by those she works with.
