Chuck Mueller President/CEO

Chuck Mueller has enjoyed a long career with Fidelity Bank. Chuck joined the staff at Fidelity in 1983 and has developed a commercial banking team with the experience and resources to creatively serve the needs of our clients. Fidelity Bank specializes in business banking, particularly in financing growing companies. Chuck is proud of the hands on philosophy that has always been a part of the culture at Fidelity Bank. Todd Williams Senior Vice President/ Chief Credit Officer

Todd Williams began his banking career at Fidelity Bank in 1987 following his graduation from the Carlson School of Management. Todd’s extensive banking experience has shown him that people are the number one criteria in evaluating a loan request. Todd maintains close communications with his customers, taking the time to understand their business and become a true financial advisor. Teri Keegan Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

In addition to her financial officer responsibilities, Teri oversees the operations areas of the bank finding new ways to increase customer convenience. Steve Stoup Senior Vice President/Marketing and Business Development

Steve oversees marketing and customer experience, as well as business development. Steve also works to develop business partnerships to enhance the product and service offerings of the bank. Joe Bauer Commercial Loan Officer

Joe joined the staff at Fidelity Bank after graduating from Brown University in Providence, RI with a B.A. in Business Economics. A former college hockey player, Joe found Fidelity Bank to be a good fit for his skills because the bank stresses a team approach to serving customers. Jeff Boyle Vice President

As a commercial banker with Fidelity Bank, Jeff Boyle enjoys the wide variety of businesses with which Fidelity Bank works. Fidelity clients include businesses ranging from start-ups to those with up to $50,000,000 in sales. Jeff joined the staff at Fidelity Bank in 2001. Jeff Campbell Vice President

Jeff Campbell enjoys the opportunity to serve the cash management and credit needs of growing businesses. Jeff joined the Fidelity team upon graduating from Hamline University with a B.A. in Management and Economics. Jeff is an active member in a number of organizations, including Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Minneapolis Rotary. Anthony Gizinski Vice President

Anthony Gizinski began his career with Fidelity Bank in 1995. Anthony specializes in working with privately owned companies in the distribution, service and manufacturing industries. Anthony is also experienced in financing rapidly growing companies as well as those in turnaround situations. Anthony's credentials include a B.S. and M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management. Susan Johnson Vice President

Susan Johnson began her banking career with Fidelity Bank in 1989 following graduation from the Carlson School of Management. Susan works with companies in many different industries including construction, wholesaling, and manufacturing. She combines financial alternatives to maximize opportunities for her clients. Barb Kelly Assistant Vice President

After working for eight years in law libraries, Barb Kelly returned to banking, joining the staff at Fidelity Bank in 1996. Barb has 17 years of banking experience in a wide range of areas including operations, consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending. Gary Klaith Vice President

One word to describe Gary Klaith would be consistent. Clients who work with Gary develop a long-term relationship and know they can count on Gary. Gary started with Fidelity Bank in 1978 and continues to maintain contact with many of his original customers. Gary grew up in Marshall, Minnesota and says that working at Fidelity Bank has been a great fit for him because it reminds him of his small town background, where bankers are concerned about people as well as their businesses. Lindsay Knutson Commercial Loan Officer

Lindsay Knutson was promoted to commercial loan officer in 2008. Prior to that, she assisted commercial lenders in analyzing financial statements related to commercial loan requests. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in May 2004 with a B.A. degree in Business Management and minor in Communication Studies. Steve Logterman Vice President

Steve joined Fidelity Bank in 2001. Prior to that time he worked for American Express Financial Advisors within the Brokerage IT department after graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1998. Steve enjoys working with small business owners and structuring credit and cash management solutions tailored to their needs. Steve is active in the Minnesota Precision Manufacturers Association among other groups. Steve also enjoys participating in a number of recreational sports leagues in his spare time. Rich Ogle Vice President

Rich Ogle joined Fidelity Bank in 2004 as vice president of commercial banking. Rich is a returning member of the Twin Cities banking community. He previously held senior level commercial banking positions with Community Banks of Colorado and U.S. Bank in Denver, Seattle, and the Twin Cities. Al Patten Vice President

Al Patten joined the staff at Fidelity Bank in 2001 with an extensive business banking background, particularly in commercial real estate transactions. Al chose banking as a career because he enjoys working with businesses and individuals to achieve financial success. Al's philosophy is to find the common goals the business and the bank share and develop a relationship to meet those goals. Jackie Peterson Assistant Vice President

Jackie Peterson began working with Fidelity Bank in 1985 as a teller. She brought with her a variety of work experience, including singing with a number of local bands. Jackie oversees customer service and teller functions. Jackie can be reached at 952-830-7231.

Stacie Pleskovitch Loan Officer

Stacie primarily works with business owners on consumer loans and assists with our mortgage-loans-in-transit portfolio. She has been with Fidelity Bank since 2000 and has held roles as a teller and loan administration associate. In 2007, Stacie was promoted to consumer lending and in 2009 she was made an officer of the bank. She holds many certificates from the Minnesota Banking Association, including lending principles of real estate and lending principles of consumer lending. Kelli Starkey Assistant Vice President

Kelli joined the staff at Fidelity Bank after graduation from MSU Moorhead with a B.A. degree in Business Economics. She appreciates her clients’ drive and commitment, and is proud to be a part of the Fidelity banking team, with its philosophy of relationship building and great customer service. Tony Thompson Commercial Credit Analyst

Tony was hired in 2008 upon graduation from the University of St. Thomas, following a three month long internship with Fidelity Bank. Within his first year as an employee of Fidelity Bank, Tony was presented with not only an award of merit, but also the award of highest achievement from the Risk Management Association’s commercial lending academy. He is an avid sports fan and has a strong affinity for the Twins, but says he cheers for all Minnesota sports teams. Tamara Trcka Assistant Vice President
